2021 Wings Over North Georgia Drive-in Airshow

The Wings Over North Georgia 2021 Airshow repeated the drive-in airshow format from the previous year. Weather once again proved to be an issue in 2021 as a recently passed storm front left behind heavy, gray overcast skies that cleared as the day progressed. The headlining performers were the US Navy Blue Angels who flew a “Low” show due to the overcast conditions. Other performers included the A-10 Demo Team, West Coast C-17 Demo Team, Dobbins ARB 94th Airlift Wing C-130H Hercules, RV-8 Full Throttle Formation Team, Scott “Scooter” Yoak - P-51D Mustang “Quick Silver”, Micheal Goulian - Extra 330SC, Jerry “Jive” Kirby - T-28 Trojan, Scott Farnsworth - L-39 QYON Aerosports Racing Team and the final flight demonstration before retirement by Mike Wiskus - Lucas Oil Pitts S-1-11B Super Stinker.
