The 2020 Wings & Wheels on the Greene Fly-In & Cruise-In
The Greeneville Municipal Airport (GCY) hosted their 2020 Wings & Wheels on the Greene Fly-In & Cruise-In with a good turnout of general aviation aircraft. The event started with a flyover of the visiting CAF B-17 Flying Fortress “Sentimental Journey” based at Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) for the week. A parachute drop followed and then the airport runway Compass Rose unveiling was made by The Ninety-Nines. Several aircraft took off and gave the attending crowd a variety of aircraft types to watch take to the skies.
